Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped with in 2 to 3 days/weeks. All orders shipped within the continental US will be by US Priority Mail or UPS. Overnight and 2nd day deliveries are also available, Email us for these charges. All orders outside the US have to be handled on a case by case basis. This is because of various governments and customs regulations worldwide that may prohibit some of our products from crossing their borders. There will be a $5.00 sir-charge on all foreign orders for the customs paperwork involved. All orders outside the US will also be charged additional shipping charges. If you live outside the US and you place an order, we will email you with the additional shipping charges, or if we can not ship to your country. If we can not ship to your country, your order will be canceled.A note for international buyers: Customs rules, clearance and any expropriation actions in your countries are your responsibility.
Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. If an item arrives that is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (The refund will not include shipping charges). To return an item, send e-mail to RhythmArts@aol.com to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number for return. You will be responsible for shipping back the unwanted item. The item must be returned in the condition it was received and in its original packaging. This will insure prompt credit to your account.If an item is damaged or shipped to you in error you can send e-mail to RhythmArts@aol.com to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number for return, or call us for it. We will have the product picked up at our expense. Once processed you will be sent a replacement product or given a full refund. The choice will be yours.
